Prayer I Got A Job I Interviewed For

Hi Catholic Answers,

I am a finalist for a job and they will be making a decision today or tomorrow. I fasted and prayed about this particular position and believe God wants me to ask for it because it utilizes my talents and will allow me to continue daily mass.

Can you please pray this opportunity comes if it is God’s will?

God be with me today in finding employment. Lead me to work that I love, and that has value. Guide me to a place with an atmosphere of respect and cooperation, in a safe and happy environment. Help me to find fulfillment mentally and financially. Thank you God, for bringing this to me today!

Everyone, thank you for your prayers. So sad to say they let me know today that they did not pick me. 😦 I feel pretty broken at this point, I really thought God wanted it for me.

I got a job! It pays lower than my last, there is no growth but I can keep a roof over my head. Praise God! I will have to keep praying for another job and looking, but at least it’s not super urgent.
