I’ve never ever taken any meds for depression. Heck, I have had a few episodes of suicidal thoughts/tendencies but have never taken resort to meds.

And then, I found Jesus. I do still fall into bouts of depression but I find strength from prayers, and thence, the way I handle it is different. In the past, depression was an enemy – a bottomless pit of hell from where there was no way out. But now - it’s just like “stumbling” down while walking; I get back on my feet right away.

Always remember, take refuge to God , present all your anxieties and depression to Him for God alone is our ultimate saviour.
