Please include my friend in your prayers. She lost her son recently (he was shot to death by a gang member).

My friend has been very depressed after the incident.

Lord, I Pray for the soul of this woman’s son and the souls of all the faithfully departed, may they rest in peace. Eternal rest grant unto them O Lord; and let perpetual light shine upon them.

In your tender love, bring comfort to mslizzie’s friend Lord. The loss of her son in such a sudden and tragic manner has left her filled with tremendous greif and sorrow. Take her in your loving arms Lord, and console her while she struggles to overcome this tragedy. May she find peace in your midst, and strength in your arms, to carry on in your Will for her. May your most divine love bring forgiveness into her heart, and set her free from her anguish.
