Prayer Intervention for my Son Needed

Lord, please bless this son and pour into his heart the spirit of wisdom, that you will anoint him with your mercy, that he may desire above all things, to follow you. Help him Lord, protect him, be above and beside him always.
Lord hear our prayers for our dear sister’s son, Holy Spirit, enfold her with wise counsel and understanding. Show her the way Oh Lord, to minister to him so he might understand.
 
Lord God ,please bless our dear friend’s son , guide him and help him so that he will start to make right choices in his life.Please grant strength to his dear mother and father so that they will continue to be the good and loving parents they have always been , and help them to endure all their worries and concerns.
Lord let Your love and the love of his parents penetrate the hardness of his heart ,
and grant O Lord , that their son will open his heart and mind to Your will and turn away
from the wrongful choices he has made so far , and grant him Your help in finding employment . Merciful Lord , hear our prayers . Amen

Update:
Although it has only been a couple of weeks, I am starting to see a change in my son. He seems to like his job, as I have not heard him complain about it yet. He is making progress in other areas he needs to work on, and while I am happy about it, I pray that my optimism is not short-lived. He has a ways to go before I would say everything is “good.” I ask for your continued prayers that my son will grow up and keep out of trouble, as well as take care of the things he has already failed in. Thank you my faithful friends, it is because of your prayers that he is improving. I am humbled by your devotion to a stranger.

Lord, continue to touch my son’s life with Your presence. Even though he seems to be unaware, You have blessed him with your Love. Guide him to do what is right and keep him safe from any bad influences that would ruin what You have been building for him in Your Loving Mercy. Help me top help him. Lead him back to You and to Your will for him. I ask this through the intercession of Your Most Holy Mother, Mary.

Guide him to do what is right and keep him safe from any bad influences that would ruin what You have been building for him in Your Loving Mercy. Help me to help him. I come to you today Lord, with a very heavy heart. I do not understand your ways, I cannot imagine how the events of late will help my son. But I ask Lord, that you continue to touch my son’s life with Your presence. Even though he seems to be unaware, You have blessed him with your Love. Guide him to do what is right and keep him safe from any bad influences that would ruin what You have been building for him in Your Loving Mercy. Help me to help him. Lead him back to You and to Your will for him. Give me wisdom, for I truly do not know how to help or what to do. I am so very tired of dealing with trouble. I need a break. I ask this through the intercession of Your Most Holy Mother, Mary.
