The formal prayers I think are good esp if there is a routine in the morning and then at night regardless if it is only a very small prayer. I think the thought is important and I’m really happy with how its worked out.

Yes, the formal prayers are very good prayed from the heart.

And, hopefully, the formal prayers will lead us to “pray always” as it tells us in Sacred Scripture.
