Prayer needed for recently returned Catholic

Would you please pray for me. I recently returned to the church after having fallen away for a long time. The devil is throwing all kinds of things my way and I am very discouraged. The evil one seems very unhappy that I have returned to the faith and is trying everything in his power to make me slip up again. Thank you.
 
James said “Resist the devil and he will flee from you”. Keep on fighting, my friend. I pray that God guides you and that He removes any kind of satanic influence on your life. Amen.
 
The devil is defeatable!! He cannot stand a humble
soul(Jesus is the humblest) also, he cannot under-
stand mercy, plead God in prayer for mercy, He is
FULL of it, His will is “mercy and truth”. Also, the
Blood of Christ which REDEEEMED HUMANITY
drives the devil to have a “heart attack”(if he has
a heart)!!

From what i learned in spiritual direction, the devil tempts you when you are closest to God. As was Jesus.
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Lord, I know Your thoughts toward @Ann1 are of peace, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). I know that You have saved her and called her with a holy calling, not according to her works, but according to Your own purpose and grace (2 Timothy 1:9). Thank You, Holy Spirit, that You are always with her and will guide her on the path so that she won’t lose her way. Give her great faith so that she is planted strong in You and not tossed about by the winds of fear, anxiety, or discouragement. Let her reach for Your hand today so she can walk with You into the future You have for her.

Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age: they shall be fresh and flourishing, to declare that the LORD is upright. Psalms 92:13-15
