Prayer/Novena's?

[hopeless]

I have been praying for a miracle now for three months. I know this has to be right for me cause I have not wanted anything more. I have always been trusting in god-will and if things turned out differently from what I wanted I accepted it was His way. But I have never been this stubborn about anything else before. I have tried everything and a few novena’s I fasted and prayed and even saw a snow in the middle of winter despite the snow.
But I still haven’t got what I wanted…whats does it all mean?

It means God knows what’s best for you. Sometimes the answer to your prayers is “No” or “Wait a while.” I’m in a similar situation, storming heaven for a certain favor, but I guess I’ll have to “let go and let God,” trusting that He will answer my prayers in His own good way.

We’re in the same situation, one month and counting. I feel so strongly about it; I know that I have passed all the interviews for that job, and I know that it’s meant for me. I am also wondering why nothing has happened yet. But it might be the Lord’s way of saying to wait awhile, to be patient. As the saying goes, good fortune comes to those who wait.

I’ve been praying for a loooong time and even prayed the rosary for a few months every single day, and some novenas, for DH’s conversion to the CC, and still nothing. (Well, nothing that can show me he’s switching over to Catholicism but I have noted he isn’t attending his kingdom hall much nor preaching door to door at all) I know God will do it when He seems it fit, but it can get frustrating. And even to think about St. Monica whose husband and son St. Augustine took yrs to become Catholic, but in the end they did!
