Prayer of St Gertrude the Great for the Souls in Purgatory

St Gertrude the Great pray for us. Our Lord Jesus told St. Gertrude the great that the following prayer would release 1,000 souls from Purgatory each time it is said:

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the most precious Blood of Thy divine Son, Jesus,
in union with the masses said throughout the world today,
for all the holy souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere,
for sinners in the universal Church, those in my own home and family. Amen

Father I pray for every soul in purgatory.Please grant them the opportunity to confess their sins and be granted absolution.Father only You know if they are genuinely sorry and renounce their sins and humbly seek Your forgiveness.I pray that You will give them the opportunity to be forgiven.
