Prayer of Thanksgiving

This past Sunday, my son, his girlfriend and their 6 week old daughter were in Target when my son picked up a carbon monoxide detector. It was $50 they didn’t have and debated the expense, but thought because of the baby they should have one.

Long story short, they got it, installed it, and Wednesday night it went off. The levels were off the charts, up to 1000 in the basement. They had been feeling ill that night before bed and the baby was sleeping more than usual, but didn’t think much of it at the time. Turns out it was their water heater and the repairman said they had come much closer to not waking up than they could imagine.

I offer my deepest thanks to the Holy Spirit, Guardian Angels, and our Lord and God for guiding them to their purchase this past Sunday.

Yes God does work in mysterious ways . He placed the thought in their minds to get the carbon monoxide detector . Praise God ! Thank you Lord for blessing all 3 of them . halelujah . All glory and honour is yours Almighty Father , in the name of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ , amen . John
