Dear Friends,
Please pray for the healing of my panic attacks. I am doing the necessary relaxation - breathing exercises etc. and making a few novenas for healing. Thank you.
All your petitions and needs are in my prayers.

I will pray for your panic attacks that they will become manageable and then disappear. I, too, suffered from them when I was younger. It was horrible. I know what you’re going through. You will be in my thoughts and prayers daily.

Hi Mary Ann,

I have had panic attacks myself and know how awful they
really are. The doctor had put me on Paxil and that stopped
them quickly but made me very sleepy which was difficult
because at the time I was home with my then 5 & 2 year old
children.

If you can do it without the meds all the better, I will keep you
in my prayers. My daughter is suffering right now with anxiety
and OCD and we are trying to handle it without medicine also.
