While praying is it okay to say “in the name of the F,S,HS” instead of amen.
like

“in the name of the F,S,HS”
prayer insert here
“in the name of the F,S,HS”

to me it seems more fitting then amen

I’m not sure I understand your question . . .
When we pray privately, we are talking with God and can therefore say anything we wish.

i guess my question is do we have to say amen…can we change it to something more fitting

Yes, when you talk to God in private prayer, you can say what you wish and in any format you wish. For instance, some people pray out load while some pray in their heads. Some people sing or chant prayers and some write poems. Prayer is communication with God and yes you can say Amen or “I love you” or anything.

It’s like talking to a loved one - some people always say “hello” while others say “hi.” Or some end with saying “love you” while others end with “see ya later” - whatever works to bring you closer to God is perfectly acceptable.
