Is the times of Prayer for the muslims (morning, afternoon and night) similar to the LOTH? How?

Yes and no.

Yes - the times of prayer are fixed like the liturgy of the hours.

No - a great portion of the LOTH is focussed on the psalms whereas regular Muslim prayer are a fixed prayer that does not recite the Quran in the way we recite the psalms.
