Prayer request for aborted baby and myself

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.

My heart is broken for you and your child. What a sad world we live in. You and all mothers who have been through what you are going through will be in my prayers. I will pray that Our Lord will send healing to you.

Thank you all for your replies and prayers. I can feel myself healing these days. I have been parying to the Lord that baby’s dad and his family would realize how harmful they did to the baby and me. I think maybe god has answered my prayer because he contacted me today the first time after breakup. Anyway, Thank you all for your replies and prayers, I am getting better, tho still need some time to heal.
 
Post abortion healing varies with every individual. For some it comes quickly, for others it may take years or decades.

HOWEVER: You MUST remember this, in order for your healing to begin and for you to move on with your life:

1.) God is LOVING, MERCIFUL and FORGIVING…providing that you acknowledge the severity of the abortion and the offense to GOD that it is,which you obviously are doing. HE will not abandon you.

2.) As was stated earlier, you must make a firm act of contrition, and confess (if you are a Catholic) .

3.) GOD WILL HEAR YOUR PLEA if you are SINCERE. The forgiveness and healing WILL FOLLOW.

4.) You will KNOW, through the grace of God the Almighty, Jesus Christ his Son, and the power of the Holy Spirit that you are forgiven IF YOU LISTEN, and listen INTENTLY.

5.) Your baby IS in the loving embrace of Jesus and Mary and the Saints in heaven. DO NOT DOUBT THIS FOR ONE MINUTE !

Seeking the support of a post abortion group is highly recommended and encouraged. MANY people (women AND men) have benefitted enormously from these groups.

Many women use their negative abortion experience as a way to counsel other women. This MAY be another way for you to heal. The Holy Spirit will guide you if you choose to do so.

Above all, KNOW that healing and forgiveness are yours for the asking. Pray. Pray for guidance and help and it WILL be granted to you.

Everyone who reads your post will be praying for you.

I am SO sorry! :console: I’ve never been through this myself, but have experienced this sorrow and pain through others, even some close to me. 😦

I will pray for you and your baby, I will also pray for those who hurt you and baby. I will pray this never happens again, to you or anyone else.

First of all, you deserve better. Make sure you make this man and his family a thing of the past. Don’t associate with them again, no matter how much they may threaten. Leave. If necessary, please get help to do so.

Secondly, I ask you to consider looking into some places of healing. Groups such as Rachel’s Vineyard rachelsvineyard.org/index.htm and Project Rachel hopeafterabortion.com/ can help you heal the emotional and psychological side effects you may be experiencing from this, as well as your spiritual relationship with God. I also suggest seeing your church’s pastor/priest/minister and share your thoughts and feelings with him.

You will be on my mind, in my heart, and in my prayers. :hug1: God bless and keep you dear.

Now, I still can not get through all this. I am still in a very big shock, I cant believe what happened on me and my baby. I could not accept the fact the baby was gone. I was always stuck in this bad memory and experience. I could not forgive myself.

Please, please pray for me to the lord that he would heal my heart and lead me go through.

I quite sorry to hear of your ordeal. I went through a ordeal 2 years ago. I was lied to about what my friend was in trouble for and I lent her money to have an abortion. I still haven’t got over it yet. I cry every now and then. I couldn’t forgive myself for almost 2 years. I still would like to talk to someone who went through an abortion.
