Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless, and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments, we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence, submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself. Amen.

Jesus, we trust in You!

Almighty Father,
grant that everyone dying today, especially relatives, friends, and CAF members and guests, may be covered with your grace and mercy. Through your grace, may they pass their final test at this decisive moment of their life, and safely cross over to eternity as your friends:

*Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.*

Mary, dear Mother and Refuge of sinners, comfort the dying.

St. Joseph, obtain for everyone dying today the grace of final perseverance.

St. Michael, the Archangel, protect everyone dying today.

St. Faustina, intercede for the dying.

Blessed Teresa of Calcutta, may you prepare everyone dying today, to meet our Lord as a Friend, just as you did when you lived on earth. Amen.

Merciful Lord, deign to accept our prayers, and allow them to accompany everyone dying today throughout the world, not only at the decisive moment of their death, but also for the next 40 days thereafter. Thank you, Lord, for your Love and Mercy. Amen.

Eternal rest grant unto the poor souls, O Lord,
And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen.

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

"The LORD bless you
and keep you;
the LORD make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
the LORD turn his face toward you
and give you peace.” Num 6:24-26

Continued prayers.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name:
Thy kingdom come: Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread: and forgive us our trespasses as
we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation: but deliver us from evil.
Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee:
blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen

O God, Creator and Redeemer of all Your faithful people, grant to the souls of all our faithful departed mercy, light and peace. Lord, we pray that those we love, who have gone before us in faith, may know Your forgiveness and the blessings of everlasting life, in company with Mary and with all the saints and angels.
Amen

Bless us O Lord, for these Thy gifts, which we receive from Thy bounty,
through Christ our Lord. Amen

Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

There but for the Grace of God go I.

Whatsoever you do to the least of My brothers, that you do unto Me.

Love one another as I have loved you.

Many are invited, few are chosen.

This is the day the Lord hath made, let us rejoice and be glad.

Take O take me as I am
Summon out what I shall be,
Set Your seal upon my heart, and live in me.

Take O take me as I am
Summon out what I shall be,
Set Your seal upon my heart, and live in me.

Take O take me as I am
Summon out what I shall be,
Set Your seal upon my heart, and live in me.

Come Lord Jesus, send us Your Spirit, renew the face of the earth.
Come Lord Jesus, send us Your Spirit, renew the face of the earth.
Come Lord Jesus, send us Your Spirit, renew the face of the earth.

Lord, I am not worthy that You should enter under my roof,
but only say the Word and my soul shall be healed.

Lord. I am not worthy that You should enter under my roof,
but only say the Word and my soul shall be healed.

Lord, I am not worthy that You should enter under my roof,
but only say the Word and my soul shall be healed.

Amen. May God Bless you and yours with many Graces. Amen.

Remember, also, most merciful and loving Father, all who are sick and dying, and grant that in the solitude of suffering each may truly “come to himself,” and like the Prodigal of the Gospel may at last discover Thy love and return to a Father’s heart. That most bountiful Heart has given them joy of life and youth, hope and desire; and from it all good and pleasant things, all enduring comfort and true delight, descend in copious benediction. Feed them before they die with the Body and Blood of Thy beloved Son, that nothing may be wanting to Thy love nor to their eternal beatitude.
Amen
