Dear Lord Jesus,
You went about healing all those who were sick and tormented by unclean spirits.
You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by speaking a simple command,
You empowered the physically challenged to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from the dead.
O Divine Physician, we come to you now in great need of your intervention for the cure of Apollo.
Look graciously on his suffering body and if it be in accordance with Your Holy Will,
restore him to health, for You Oh Lord, are our God.
In You we trust and in You we hope.
Amen!

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, mother of God,
pray for us sinners
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

May is the Month of
The Blessed Virgin Mary.
Let us put ourselves under her able protection.

Sub Tuum Praesidum

We fly to thy patronage, O holy Mother of God;
Despise not our petitions in our necessities, but deliver us always from all dangers,
O glorious and blessed Virgin.
Amen.

**Today is also the Memorial of:
Saint Peregrine Laziosi
Monk and Mystic Patron saint
against cancer; against open sores; against skin diseases; AIDS patients and
sick people in general.
**
Let us pray to Saint Peregrine.

Oh great Saint Peregrine, you who have been called “The Mighty” and “The Wonder-Worker” because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those who have had recourse to you. For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more. You were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of Apollo whom we entrust to you.
Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing to God, now and for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy.
Amen!

Loving God,

We lift our prayers and intentions today for the healing of Apollo, and we ask for your mercy and blessings in accordance with your Holy and perfect will. Please comfort and assist Apollo, help him to see the face of Jesus in those who minister to him and care for him, and know that we place our trust in your divine providence in all things. Please grant Apollo expert and compassionate medical care and bless the treatment he is given.

We lift our prayers in the name of your beloved son Jesus, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever.

Amen.
