Prayer request for my Grandmother

Hi everyone, could I ask you to pray for my Grandmother please.
She is in hospital with multiple organ failure and the doctors say there is nothing they can do. They reckon she only has 24 to 48 hours.

Prayers said for your grandmother for relief from pain and some peace in her final days.
May the God of all comfort be with family and friends as they cope with this situation.

REMEMBER, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Lord, mercifully heal this grandmother with a touch of your divine, healing hand, or embrace her into the eternal banquet of joy, and instill in this entire family much grace for perseverance, and faith, hope, love, and joy. Penetrate the dark and difficult trials of this fallen existence with your divine light, and grant these souls the wisdom and capacity to recognize that radiance, be drawn to it, and likewise ever dwell in the eternal garden of life. Send angels to help with this intention. Have mercy, Lord. Our Lady, angels, and saints, pray with us. Amen.
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal andy4d Grandmother. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into andy4d Grandmother’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
