Prayer request for my little girl

Add my name to the list of prayers. Also post your request in the actual prayer request thread. We have some wonderful people that post there and pray all the time for others requests.
 
God bless all of you for your prayers. We were admitted to St. Mary’s hospital this morning. It is affiliated with the Mayo Clinic. Lizzy is receiving very good care but it’s been a hard day and tomorrow promises more of the same. Surgery on Monday morning. It helps so much to know that people I have never met are praying for her! And where is the prayer request thread? I’m too tired to go looking for it. Thanksagain and keep up the good work. Theresa

I have prayed & will pray for Lizzy.
The prayer request thread is at the top of the Spirituality forum. You will pick up more people to pray there.
I will also cross-reference this request over on some of the threads in the water cooler where I know a lot of good prayer warriors!!

Theresa I placed your request in that thread so that more of us could pray for Lizzy. She will get many prayers from all of us. When it is all over you can come back and find the prayer request thread. There will be time for all that later. God bless your family.

I asked for prayers for my daughter and did I get a response!! God bless all of you! Lizzy went to OR at 9 a.m. and got done at noon. Her surgeon says things went great, he thinks it was a success. This procedure will make her life much better! She is such a sweet thing but also quite the fighter and very strong. She’s sleeping right now so I thought I’d take this opportunity to thank you all so much!!! I’ll keep all of you in my prayers. And please keep praying that she has a quick recovery. If all goes well, we’ll get to go home on Thursday. Thanks to all of you. Theresa

Thank you for the updated. I have included you and your daughter in my prayers although I did not post before.

Prayers for a rapid recovery from the surgery and that it does exactly what you hope it will.

Hey, everybody!! Guess what? Lizzy has amazed her doctors and will go home tomorrow. That had been the general plan before surgery but her doctor said today he hadn’t seen a child improve so quickly!!! She still has some pain but she was up playing most of the day. Everyone here at the hospital is very impressed. And I know why this happened!! Your prayers and those of many friends and family members have made her get well again, much faster than doctors usually see. God bless all of you so much! Theresa and family :blessyou:
