So what you are saying is, Bobby will probably come out of prison horizontally rather than vertically and he’ll need some help.

Yup, riding in an ambulance that does not need to put its sirens on.
 
I can’t account for what’ll happen in the afterlife, but he lost his rights to walk the streets in the mortal plane.
