Hi, all.

I received a phone call (it was a wrong number) from someone who left a message saying “Scott, I’ve been trying to reach you, your mother is in intensive care down here in Florida, please give me a call back as soon as you get this message”.

I couldn’t just delete it. I called back to let her know that she had dialed the wrong number and she should try him again.

She sounded really shaken, and my heart goes out to her. If you could say a prayer for her and everyone involved (especially Scott’s mother), it would be appreciated.

Lord, place your healing hand upon Scott’s mother and grant comfort to her family. May she quickly recover from whatever illness is plaguing her. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

We fly to your protection, O Holy Mother of God; Despise not our petitions in our necessities, but deliver us always from all dangers, O glorious and blesses Virgin. Amen.

Prayers for Scott’s mother that she may recover and be released from intensive care and be upgraded to a better status. May she receive competent caring medical care. Prayers also said for Scott for strength during this time.
May the God of all comfort be with all concerned for her.
How nice of you to ask for prayers for a stranger no less.
God bless,
Mary.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

†

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Praying for the good health of Scott’s mother. Also praying for the person who called and for all involved.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Gracious and merciful Father, please come to their assistance.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

**O Blessed Saint Joseph,
faithful guardian and protector of virgins,
to whom God entrusted Jesus and Mary,
I implore you by the love which you did hear them,
to preserve me from every defilement of soul and body,
that I may always serve them in holiness and purity of love.

Amen.**
