Hi everyone,

So for the past eight months or so, I was talking to someone who at first I thought just might want someone to talk to because she was lonely, but it turned out we’ve talked for eight months. She has serious issues, and I told her she needed to see a therapist/counsellor but she wouldn’t go.

Now, unfortunately, I realized that I probably led her on in the wrong ways, and I apologized to her for that.

Today, I told her plainly that I really can’t help her with her problems and she blocked me. I pray a Rosary for her every day, but I do ask for your prayers for her too,

Benedicat Deus,
Latinitas

Gracious and merciful Father, please come to their assistance.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

You expired, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls, and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelop the whole world and empty Yourself out upon us.
Amen.

Praying for Lainitas’ friend and her troubles. May God touch her heart and heal her. Amen.

Lord, please mercifully guide this friend with the help of escorting and wise angels. See that these angels protect her from all temptation, and grant her also Simons to help her carry her crosses, just as you had Simon help you carry yours on the road to Calvary. Instill in her many graces for faith, hope, love, joy, and temperance, that she might journey ever toward the eternal banquet of life. Send a foretaste of heaven’s light into this fallen and darkened world, that she might not lose hope. Have mercy, Lord. Our Lady, angels, and saints, pray with us. Amen.

**Spirit of wisdom and understanding,
enlighten our minds to perceive the mysteries
of the universe in relation to eternity.

Spirit of right judgment and courage,
guide us and make us firm in our baptismal decision
to follow Jesus’ way of love.

Spirit of knowledge and reverence,
help us to see the lasting value of justice
and mercy in our everyday dealings with one another.

May we respect life
as we work to solve problems of family and nation,
economy and ecology.

Spirit of God,
spark our faith,
hope and love into new action each day.

Fill our lives with wonder and awe
in your presence which penetrates all creation.

Amen. **
