Please pray that God will show me his mercy, pity and love and he will protect me. I’m filled with worry and anxiety, over job security, money and relationships. It’s causing me a lot of pain and I don’t know if I can take anymore.

Please ask God for help fighting my personal demons.
 
Am praying hard for you.

The times when I am most anxious are when I’m trying to live the way I want to live (not God’s way) but am at the same time seeking God’s blessing. I know that I’m not living up to my side of the bargain and am thus not “worthy” for his help (not that we are ever really worthy, but maybe you know what I mean). But when I am doing his will, my anxiety level is much lower–if I’m doing his will, my ability to take whatever comes “with a smile” (as Mother Theresa said) is easier. Hope that helps.
 
I agree with what mike said. Prayers that your anxiety will subside. Stay focused on Christ…each day when you get out of your ‘‘boat,’’ don’t look at the waves all about you…stay focused on Christ’s face, and He will not let you ‘sink.’ God bless you.
 
Lord, please help Cloverguard conquer his worry and anxiety through receiving you worthily in the Sacraments, through prayer and through his hope in you. Protect him, fill him with joy, and guide all his steps. Help him live focused on you and your love, and help him not be distracted by unimportant things that cause him stress. If he could get to daily Mass that would be so good for him. If he needs to go to Confession more frequently, please help get him to a good priest regularly.

Please inspire him to try and attend daily Mass at his parish or at a nearby church. May he place all his trust and confidence in you and be surrendered completely to your will, which is love and mercy itself. May he find his peace in doing so and never be separated from you. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.
 
Jesus please hear this desperate plea, and help Cloverguard to deal with each moment with awareness of Your presence and Your care

Lord Jesus please help Cloverguard to get through each day, moment by moment in Your loving presence. Please ensure Cloverguard’s welfare in all things physical and spiritual.
