Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning is now ever shall be world without end
Amen.
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Thank you all so much for the prayers. Tonight, unable to sleep I was walking around the house feeling depressed. Thinking about how I should have done things differently. Maybe had I come back to the church earlier, I might have made different decisions, and be in a better spot than I am in now.
Today I looked at some tiny apartments in a so-so crime area. My credit is in the tank now so I am not sure how any applications I put out there will go… I think apt complexes arent as picky as they were the last time I lived in one.
I physically and financially improved this house. Now it is going away maybe. The first Tuesday of March is when it will go up for auction on the courthouse steps. The bank will buy it back if they don’t get what they want out of it. No one can tell me what will happen if it doesn’t sell. If it does sell, then the new owner can throw us out if we are still here and keep the contents, per Georgia law, or, they can give us time, or they can put everything out on the lawn which would take quite a while.
I chose to stay here in hopes that things would turn around. I chose to spend my retirement funds in hopes that Jim would sober up, find a job. It just didn’t work out that way. I am such an idiot. No one else would have done this. I chose to go down with the ship. I allowed the people that rented the basement to steal from us without punishment. I should have reported them to the police, or told them that if they didn’t pay us everything they owed us they would go to jail, but I thought that was cruel because they had a kid. Another stupid move.
Me being a nice guy, and feeling bad for my sins of the past or being tough when I was young might very well land me under a bridge. Gosh I hope not.
You are all wonderful people. Thank you for sticking with me.
God bless all of you. Thank you so much for the prayers. It means someone cares.

I feel guilty asking for prayers when i think of how much i have. I have a loving wife of many years, children who I love and love me, I’m financially secure and I have had a recent physical that indicates I am a healthy man of 65. But my fears of physical problems haunt me and I do ask for good health but i also need relief from my anxieties and fears. I ask to be free from illness and disease but I also ask to have my anxieties and fears replaced with faith hope and happiness. I am a good example of only God being able to bring true happiness no matter what your position in life. Please Mother Mary pray for me, please St. Joseph pray for me, please St. Michael pray for me, please St.Jude pray for me!
