Forgive my selfishness, but I ask my fellow Catholics for your prayers.

As of the last few weeks I have been having very weird/disturbing symptoms relating to my intestines.It may be nothing or just something minor, but on the other hand it could be something serious (IBD, IBS, etc.) My career that I have in mind requires me to be in physically top shape, so if I do indeed have something it could all go up in flames.

I beg you all for your prayers for my health, intestinal and otherwise. Thanks a million, God bless you all.

(I’m sure you have more important things in your prayers, so I only ask you to pray for me if you have the time)

This is important to pray about. I will include you in my prayers.
 
Heavenly Father, I offer prayers for RC. Bring health and healing into their life.

RC, my sister was diagnosed a year ago with Crohns Disease. I encourage you to be proactive with your doctors and explore every avenue of your care. We have no idea how long she had been sick with this disease. It has been very hard for her to deal with having a chronic disease, raise a family, buy a new home and start a new career. I pray for her and will add your intentions right next to hers.

if it is in accord with Your plan for him.

There is nothing wrong with requesting prayers, we are only too glad to help. I will pray for you now.

Ugh, without going into details, it seems I’ve gotten worse. I should probably consider seeing a doctor.
