@GladTidings Just beautiful, thank you so much. The Mothers Days cards all around the stores lately have been a little bit hard as I’m sure it is for everyone who has lost their mom.

But we can offer up our sorrows, grief, and pain to help poor souls in purgatory, taking our eyes off of ourselves and onto Christ and His Mercy. Amen.

For the souls of the father of @UpUpAndAway, parents of @GladTidings, relatives of @Margaret_Ann, the mother of @(name removed by moderator), the mother and the father-in-law of @F_Marturana, the mother of @Katie777, the father of @adamhovey1988, the friends and relatives of @Mfrankie, and relatives and friends of any CAFers whom I may have missed.

Eternal rest grant unto them,O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May the Souls of those mentioned, and the souls of our faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

May Our Lord, Jesus Christ, have mercy upon the souls of our loved ones and upon us who have been left behind to mourn them and somehow schlep and slog through our muddled remaining days, that we may live honorably and joyfully so as to bring honor and joy to you. Amen.

For the old man who lived next to the K’s, (who were Catholic) when I was a kid.

Oh, gentle heart of Jesus, ever-present in the Blessed Sacrament, ever consumed with burning love for the poor captive souls in Purgatory, have mercy on them.

Be not severe in Your judgement, but let some drops of Your precious blood fall upon the devouring flames.

And send Your angels to bring them to a place of refreshment, light, and peace.

Amen.
