Kindly pray for Terri’s little granddaughter Iris :heaven: !
Her parents are not practicing their faith at this time and they do not want to have little Iris baptized.
Terri is very happy about the birth of her granddaughter but very concerned about this turn of events.
Thank you for your time and your prayers.
God Bless You All,

Catherine

Please pray…
  1. That my husband and I may conceive a healthy baby.
  2. That my marriage will always be blessed and
    protected by our Lord.
  3. For my 11 year-old little girl that she may always follow our Lord’s call and make good choices and that she may be surrounded by friends with good morals and values.
  4. That I passed my state exam. I will be getting the results end of this week or end of next week.
  5. That everything with the house we are trying to buy goes well.
  6. For my family members that have become cafeteria Catholics and lukewarm Catholics.

My gallbladder is better thanks for your prayers. I have to make another appointment and that won’t happen till Jan.but I went to confession before we had a prayer healing mass and I felt a comforting blessing so I am praying there won’t be any awful surgery or worse.

I think the CAF member came back on the forum but I believe our prayers helped and I continue to mention all in my devotions and pray for peace and charity.

Praying all is well with families for the thanksgiving holidays
God Bless You
D.

Please pray for my mom and aunt as this is the first Thanksgiving w/o my grandmother. Also please remember my husband and his family as this is the second yr. without his father.

I need prayers because my fistula isn’t healing yet. I need a miracle so I won’t need surgery next yr. ( I am a very high risk to go under the knife again. It’s been 19 yrs. since my last major surgery thanks to the Remicade treatment but that failed 3 yrs. ago so my GI is trying this newer therapy to see if it works)

I will keep everyone in my prayers and wish the CAF members a very blessed Thanksgiving. :gopray:

Please pray for me that I am a more caring, considerate, compassionate, understanding, loving, kind, forgiving person to everyone around me.
Please pray our Lord transform my heart and convert it to whatever He wants it to be.
Lord, take possesion of my heart and soul and do with it as You will.

Thank you.

Hi there!😊 It’s me, Terri 🙂 ! I do so appreciate any prayers for my poor little grandbaby. Not only is she not getting baptized, but, her mother has become obviously not well (I think it’s post-partum depression or maybe the bipolar her mom has, too, shiver!). Anyway, she got the notion into her head that my ex has been trying to interfere with the couple’s life when he hasn’t, trust me. She has cut off all contact between my ex, (who is a very good man!) and herself and the grandbaby, and threatened my ex she would divorce our son if he doesn’t abide by this.( I am certain my son knows nothing of the horrible letter she wrote my ex.) I am so sorrowful for my ex’s sake. This has stabbed him to the heart and he doesn’t deserve it. The paranoia is frightening us but we are at a loss as to what to do to help without just making things worse. I am the only one she still seems to trust to some degree. I’m walking on eggshells so as not to get cut off, too! So, I have put this whole mess in my “Something for Jesus to do Box” and desperately request your prayers and promise to pray for the needs of those here as best as I can. The two signs in my room cheer me and give me courage. One says, “Today’s troubles are just another opportunity for God to show us His Power.” The other is a quote from Johnette Benkovich from EWTN: “Expect God to Intervene!!” These always make me feel brave and hopeful and I hope they help you all, too! Thank you everybody and especially Catherine S. who has been so kind to me. Love, to everybody!!! xoxoxo

Praying for all intentions on this site and will add them to my rosary tonite and offer them up at Mass on Sunday. God bless everyone!

Thank you, mom4truth! Praying for you too and everyone else on this thread! 🙂

I will pray for everyone`s intentions at Mass today.

Can you say a quick prayer for me today? I’m starting a new ministry at our church, bringing communion to some nursing home residents. I have to get up in front of all of them and read the Sunday readings and gospel and a few other prayers, and I am very nervous about this. I hate speaking/reading in public, and my palms just get sweaty at the thought of it. Please pray that I can take the focus off of my own discomfort, and focus on the residents.

Thank you, and please be assured that I’m praying for your intentions, too.

mommyof4, praying for you and for all intentions posted today.

on a side note, mommyof4, I know you will do fine. I know that these residents truly appreciate your gift of spreading God’s word to others. They will be focusing on what your say, so no need to worry. 🙂

God Bless.

I will most definitely keep you in my prayers. My grandmother has a Eucharistic minister come to her house every Sunday and read her the Gospel before giving her communion. It means the world to her. Just remember how much joy you are bringing them. The Holy Spirit will guide you. God will bless you for your efforts and give you the gifts you need. Moses hated public speaking too!!

Sincerely,

Need to add an ongoing request. Our former pastor, Father Ned, just announced he is being sent to Iraq as a military chaplain. Please remember him in your prayers that he remain safe while performing this service for God.

Please pray for two students of mine who were in a serious car accident this weekend. Their 14 year old cousin wasn’t wearing his seat belt, and was ejected and died at the scene.

Thank you.
