Dear prayer warriors:

Yesterday my mom had her ultrasound for the bulge in her stomach and she met with her new doctor today. The doctor said that my mom has a hurnia and it’ll require surgery. She also said that the other problems that my mom has been experiencing are due to child birth. My mom is a small woman and giving birth to my sister and I was very difficult. Today her doctor said she never should have had children.

Please keep my mother in your prayers. She’ll have more tests later this month and we’ll go from there.

Also, I’ve received a new laptop computer from my state Services To The Blind. Please pray that I get help setting it up right away and that it works very well for me. The IT manager for the radio station I work for said he’d help me set it up tomorrow. However, he’s very unreliable. A long while back, my old laptop crashed due to a virus. The IT manager said he’d fix it but he has not. Please pray that he returns the old computer with my old files and software tomorrow and that he helps me set up the new system.

Please pray for all of this. All of you are in my prayers.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners
now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
 
Loving God I thank You for giving Victor’s mother the gift of her two children despite her fragility. Please help her to gently recover from the effects of childbirth, and give her and her children healing and peace.

Our God, Victor is anxious to recover his files and software. I ask You to inspire the technician to return these and to aid Victor in setting them up on his new computer.
Victor is having an anxious time, our God. Please help him to overcome further stress.
I ask You to abundantly bless this family’s health and welfare

I thank you for giving St. Gerard to us
as a most appealing model and powerful friend.
By his example,
he showed us how to love and trust You.
You have showered many blessings
on those who call upon him.
For Your greater glory and my welfare,
please grant me the favours
which I ask in his name.

For Victor’s mother to regain her health…
For resolution of Victors computer problems

And you, my powerful patron,
intercede for me before the throne of God.
Draw near to that throne
and do not leave it until you have been heard.
O good saint,
to you I address my feverent prayers;
graciously accept them
and let me experience in some way
the effects of your powerful intercession.
