Prayer to help me overcome impurity

Ever since I returned to the Church last lent, I’ve been struggling to quit the sins of this nature, you can guess, the usual ones for a teenage boy these days 😦 And as a write this I’m currently in a battle to not do it. I’ve gotten all the advice people have, but right now, I really just need prayer if I have any hope to overcome it.

Hail Mary
Full of grace
The Lord is with thee
Blessed art thou amongst women
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb
Jesus
Holy Mary, mother of God
Pray for us sinners now
And at the hour of our death
Amen
 
If you focus on the sin, you are going to repeat it because you are reminding yourself of it. You are getting all of this advice from others personal experiences, and it worked for them, what you have to form is something that works for you, for you are a unique creation, and since there is only one of you, only one solution uniquely for you will work.

I can give you a piece of advice that may help, and that’s simply to pray to our Lord, tell him it’s his grace that will get you through this, and only through this grace it can happen. Do not beat yourself up for falling, get right back up and try again, and again and again, it’s not the fall that count’s, it’s the getting up that does.

Don’t want it, and you won’t do it! So don’t let the desire exist. The first second there’s a touch of it, hate it and pray for the Lord to deliver you! Don’t let it persist!

Also make good spiritual use of your time instead of bad use. Also, throw away all impure magazines, movies, tv, music, entertainment of any kind.

All of it. That’ll leave you with very little as a norm. Get spiritual books and entertainment instead.
