I was wondering on anyone’s opinion on a good prayer that me and my boyfriend can start saying together. We pray everyday on our own of course, but we think it will be a good idea to start praying more together and giving our time to God more when we spend time together. Is there a certain website I can go to with different prayers? or is there a prayer anyone can suggest? I went on EWTN.com and there was prayers on there but I dont know if those are the type of prayer I’m looking for. Any suggestions? Thank you!

My first thought, exactly. I think it was Fr. Peyton who encouraged the rosary with “The family that prays together stays together.”
Even if the two of you do not form a family, it is a practice that will guide each of you throughout life.
In my own family, we gathered around my parents’ bed every evening to pray as a family.
What opportunities do you have to attend Mass as a couple?
 
Thanks! What do you mean by what opportunities do we have to go to Mass as a couple? We go together so we both can attend Mass on a weekly basis, and go to confession.

I didn’t know how often you were able to attend Mass together, whether it was weekly or even daily.
There are other prayers, such as the Liturgy of the Hours. Each hour’s prayer ends with the Lord’s Prayer, which St. Benedict considered essential to maintain harmony within the monastery. Forgiveness and reconciliation are essential in any relationship. I didn’t want to presume more time spent together than you may actually have.
 
Ohhh I see, I get what you mean, well thank you… I also found a courtship prayer were gonna start saying together, like before we take off to mass, and everytime we see each other… we see each other about 3 times a week. I hope to marry my boyfriend one day, and I think were very strong together, and we do pray often, but I think adding prayer for everytime we spend together would be a good idea aswell! Going to mass makes me feel at peace and I enjoy it very much
