What is a good prayer or what saint should i pray to if i need help/struggling with something or something that i want?? I always pray to God, Jesus and Mary and i say the rosary. But, is there any other prayers I should say? If i ask God for something, should i always say the rosary after?

There is no set prayer that must be said in order to be heard by God. You can say traditional prayers (like an Act of Contrition, the Our Father, a Hail Mary, etc.) or you can simply say what your heart leads you to say. You can pray to any of the Trinity (the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). Or you can ask a saint to bring your petition before God.

Of course there are. There are morning prayers, afternoon prayers, evening prayers, prayers before a meal, prayers after a meal, prayers for forgiveness, prayers for strength, etc. The Bible says to pray always (Lk 21:36), the Church clergy (and many laity) pray the Liturgy of the Hours. Prayer plays a very important role in a Catholic’s life. The Rosary is perhaps my personal favorite prayer but there are MANY prayers out there, not to mention the prayers that come directly from your heart.

If you’d like. There is no requirement to do so however. God bless.

God should be given priority in our prayer life. (Jesus and the Holy Spirit is God too you know.) But, certainly praying to Mary, St. Joseph, St. Jude, etc. also helps in reaching the ears of God and persuading him. The rosary is also an excellent tool though it is not a requirement. You are supposed to only pray for things you and others need, not unnecessary luxury things that you want. You can use the “Our Father” and “Hail Mary” as a guide to teach you how to pray your own personalized prayers. Now, you can buy a Catholic Prayer book that can help you. There are also websites that provide prayers that you can use.
