I am asking for prayer today on many fronts. I have been acquainting myself with catholic belief and this has been an eye opener for me. I have not been in a Catholic setting since my early 20’s. I desire to return to the church. My concerns in this is that my wife who is from Thailand became a believer in Christ through a Thai Christian community , I want to share my renew understanding of Catholic belief with her but do not want to confuse her since her understanding of being a Christian is very challenge to her understanding of English is limit. So I need the Lord Grace in this. Second I ask for prayer for wisdom in loving my wife in a deeper way. I desire devotion in the Blessed Mother. I ask that my musicianship takes on a new devotion in serving our Lord and last that my wife and I find employment we have been without work over 9 months. Thank you very much for your prayers.

Your situation can be challenging, but with the Lord’s love and grace we(all believers) can pull through. I feel for you, but put your whole trust in God and He will lead you. Don’t second guess Him. God gave us an instinct to know Him and with this we must be lead to Him. He will enlighten you and give you strength. As for your job keep praying, I will pray for you. The Lord will provide.

God, our Father, I turn to you seeking your divine help and guidance as I look for suitable employment. I need your wisdom to guide my footsteps along the right path, and to lead me to find the proper things to say and do in this quest. I wish to use the gifts and talents you have given me, but I need the opportunity to do so with gainful employment. Do not abandon me, dear Father, in this search, but rather grant me this favor I seek so that I may return to you with praise and thanksgiving for your gracious assistance. Grant this through Christ, our Lord. Amen.

I pray for you to love your wife deeply and respect and that she in turn do the same. May the precious blood of Jesus cover your home and bless it and protect it.

Jesus, Mary and Joesph, bless us and grant us the grace to love the Church as we ought, above ever other thing, and always to show forth our love by deeds.

Jesus, Mary and Joseph, bless us and grant us the grace to profess openly as we ought the faith given to us in Baptism, without fear or human respect.

Jesus, Mary and Joseph, bless us and grant us the grace to share in the defense and propagation of the Faith whether by word or by the sacrifice of our fortunes and our lives.

Jesus, Mary and Joseph, bless us and grant us the grace to love one another, and to live together in perfect harmony of thought, will and action, under the rule and guidance of our pastors.

Jesus, Mary and Joseph, bless us and grant us the grace to conform our lives to the precepts of God and of the Church, so as to live always in that charity which they set forth.

Father God, please hear and answer apeyton’s prayers. Please strengthen his Catholic faith and draw his wife to the Catholic church. Holy Spirit, please give apeyton’s wife understanding of Catholicism and teach apeyton how to express his love for Holy Mother Mary. Please provide meaningful, well-paying jobs for both of them.
