My dad continues to do well after prostate surgery last week. He has his follow up appointment tomorrow.
Thank you again for your prayers and support.

Tonight after returning home from my parents house, we received the news that my husband’s mom passed away in the hospital. This was VERY unexpected. She had severe stomach pain and went to the ER three times today. She was sent home with pain meds and antibiotics until the third time.

Please pray for the repose of her soul and for my husband and family for God’s comfort and peace to be poured out upon them. (Especially for his dad who so loved his wife that my husband and I both said (separately) that this will literally kill him.

Thank you and God bless you.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Dear Jesus,

I humbly implore you to grant your special graces to our family. May our home be the shrine of peace, purity, love, labor and faith. I beg you, dear Jesus, to rpotect and bless all of us, absent and present, living and dead.

O Mary,

Loving Mother of Jesus, and our Mother, pray to Jesus for our family, for all the families of the world, to guard the cradle of the newborn, the schools of the young and their vocations.

Blessed Saint Joseph,

holy guardian of Jesus and Mary, assist us by your prayers in all necessities of life. Ask of Jesus that special grace which he granted to you, to watch over our home at the pillow of the sick and the dying, so that with Mary and with you, Heaven may find our family unbroken in the sacred Heart of Jesus.

Amen.

We pray to the Lord,
Dear Lord, please comfort our sister Franciscan Way and her family in their time of hardship.
Please send angelic support for her Father-in-law as he mourns the loss of his wife and to her husband as he mourns for both his parents.
Help Fransiscan Way and strengthen her so that she may be strong for her beloved family.
Lord hear our prayer.
Amen.

Eternal rest grant unto her oh Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

St. Peregrine, St. Luke, pray for us. St. Joseph, patron of departing souls, pray for us. Amen.

Remember,
O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that any one who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help or sought thy intercession,
was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence,
I fly unto thee,
O Virgin of virgins my Mother;
to thee do I come,
before thee I stand,
sinful and sorrowful;
O Mother of thy Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions,
but in thy clemency hear and answer me.
Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace,

Blessed art thou among women,
And blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

hallowed be thy name;

Give us this day our daily bread;

and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

I’m saying prayers for your dad to do well.

I’m sorry to hear about your husband’s mother. May she live eternally in the presence of our God, and may her family be comforted.

Praying today for the repose of your mother-in-law’s soul. May the Lord grant comfort to all who grieve for her. Remembering your father in my daily prayers as well. God bless.
