Prayers for a badly broken family

Please pray for my mother, my father,and my aunt and uncles. They have forgotten the importance of family and abandoned each other.

Please also pray for me, that I can find peace in my life that will fill the void left by their absence. I’ve reached out and tried as much as I can to love them and accept them, but the hurt is too much to bear any longer and I fear for my sanity and the stability of the happy family I have built with my husband.

Please pray that I can move on without them and learn to accept the past injustices with the grace our Lord would want me to.

Please pray for my grandmother, too, who suffers from dementia and has done nothing to deserve the harsh treatment she has received from others.

Please pray for my cousin who has been left in an institution and suffers daily a life of pain and isolation because of his extreme disabilities. Please pray his caretakers will be kind and show him the love he deserves.
 
Our dear sister, I ask that the Holy family will powerfully influence your family this Christmas.

I ask the Holy Spirit to bring peace and healing to your family.

I will keep you, your nuclear family, and the entire family in my prayers and Masses.

Sorry to hear about your family.

My own family was deliberately broken up after a bad row and intentionally malicious lies from two spoilt girls.

Even when you move on you can never forget them, or the hurt they have done. It is always there at the back of your mind.

Recently I found myself praying for their conversion, (and for the grace to forgive them) and healing for both sides hurt by the injustice involved.

Who knows perhaps this is what God wants us to do?

i lift all of you up in prayer now:

Heavenly Father, i pray now for all of the intentions of MamaZona, lifting her up and praying that You would bless her, strengthen her and pour out Your Love upon her and all those she has requested prayers for. i pray, Father, for her mother, her father, her aunt and her uncles, that they would remember the importance of family and be restored from abandoning each other to returning to each other in complete love and healing. i pray for MamaZona, that she would find peace in her life and be healed from all of these situations that have caused her so much pain. i pray that Your Love would fill her life to overflowing and fill her with peace, hope, healing and restoration. i pray that she would not need something to fill a void, but that the emptiness would be completely healed and that her family members would return to each other and accept her love and acceptance, if that is Your Will, Lord. i pray that her family would remain stable and happy, and that her marriage would remain strong and healthy. i pray that she would not need to move on if it is Your Will for her family to be completely healed—but if things are meant to remain they way they are, i pray that You woud strengthen MamaZona, Lord, to move on without them and to accept their past injustices with the grace You want her to have. i pray also for her grandmother, that she would be healed of her dementia according to Your Will, and that the harsh treatment she has received from others would become healing and love at the hands of all those around her. finally, Lord, i pray for MamaZona’s cousin, that he would be healed of his disabilities according to Your Will, and that his caretakers will be kind and show him the love he deserves so much. please heal and restore all of the people in these intentions, especially MamaZona, and strengthen her and bring her closer to You, i pray. i pray all this in the mighty Name of Jesus through the precious intercession of our Blessed Mother, Mary, Amen. thank You so much, Lord, for hearing and answering my prayers according to Your Will—i love You with all of myself now and forever. Amen.

i am so sorry beyond words for all that you are struggling with and suffering for, MamaZona, but know that i will keep you in my constant thoughts and deepest prayers, saying this prayer for you tonight and every night. please update us as to how things are going, alright?
