Prayer to Our Lady of Good Remedy

Mary, Queen of heaven and earth, Most Holy Virgin, we venerate you. You are the beloved Daughter of the Most High God, the chosen Mother of the Incarnate Word, the Immaculate Spouse of the Most Holy Trinity.

O Mother of the Divine Redeemer, who under the title of Our Lady of Good Remedy comes to the aid of all who call upon you, extend your maternal protection to us. We depend on you, Dear Mother, as helpless and needy children depend on a tender and caring mother.

Dear Lady of Good Remedy, source of unfailing help, assist us to find a remedy for our problems and needs, especially for the assistance of the family that I am helping with.

On our part, loving Mother, we pledge ourselves to a more careful observance of the laws of God, and to strive to be a source of healing in this broken world of ours.

Dear Lady of Good Remedy, be ever present to us, and through your intercession, may we enjoy health of body and peace of mind, and grow stronger in our love of your Son, Jesus.

Most Holy Apostle, St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honors and invokes you universally, as the patron of hopeless cases, of things almost despaired of. Pray for me, I am so helpless and alone. Make use I implore you, of the particular privilege given to you, to bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly (please intercede for me & for the family that I am helping with) and that I may praise God with you and all the elect forever. Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus

Divine Jesus, you have said, “Ask, and you shall receive; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you,” behold me kneeling at your feet, filled with a lively faith and confidence in the promises dictated by your Sacred Heart and pronounced by your adorable lips. I come to ask this favor: (Please intercede for me and for the family that I am helping with.)

To whom can I turn if not to you whose Heart is the source of all graces and merits? Where should I seek if not in the treasure which contains all the riches of your kindness and mercy? Where should I knock if not at the door through which God gives himself
to us and through which we go to God? I have recourse to you, Heart of Jesus. In you I find consolation when afflicted, protection when persecuted, strength when burdened with trials, and light in doubt and darkness.

Dear Jesus, I firmly believe that you can grant me the grace I implore, even though it should require a miracle. You have only to will it, and my prayer will be granted. I admit that I am most unworthy of your favors, but this is not a reason for me to be discouraged. You are the God of mercy and you will not refuse a contrite heart. Cast upon me a look of mercy, I beg of you, and your kind Heart will find in my miseries and weaknesses a eason for granting my prayers.

O Sacred Heart, whatever may be your decision with regard to my request, I will never stop adoring, loving, praising, and serving you. My Jesus, be pleased to accept this my act of perfect resignation to the decrees of your adorable Heart which I sincerely desire may be fulfilled by me and by all your creatures forever.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, I know that there is but one thing impossible to you: to be without pity for those who are suffering or in distress. Look upon me, I beg of you, dear Jesus, and grant me the grace for which I humbly implore you through the Immaculate Heart of your most sorrowful Mother. You have entrusted me to her as her child, and her prayers are all-powerful with you. Amen.
Visited the family yesterday. Had to do something important, so might as well visit there as well. Just told them the next visit will be next week, rather than sometime today till Sunday.

Visited the family yesterday. About 2 weeks ago, 2 of Charity’s puppies were given to a new owner. This owner was the previous owner of Charity. It’s a funny story. When Charity was given away to that owner over a year ago, she went back to the family house where she was born. Now 2 of her puppies were given to that owner, she lived there, and brought along 2 of her remaining puppies with her! That owner has 5 dogs therefore! She left and went back with her family! 😊

Praying for this family and any family who are in need of help

St. Francis, the little poor man of Assisi, we invoke you as the admirable mirror you were of our Divine Master. You imitated Christ the Lord in your humility and obedience. You faithfully followed Him in poverty and weakness. With joy you accepted suffering, contempt, and trials for the sake of His Name. In your goodness, help us, then, to imitate your example. By your power with God, obtain for us the special favor we now seek through your intercession (state your special intention). Please Pray for prbarrera as he is Praying and helping a family who is in great need.

Please pray for us, gentle and happy saint of the poor, that we may always be loyal followers of Our Saviour, Jesus Christ, and filled always with divine riches. Amen.
