Well, I cannot say that i know or will ever know how it feels to be a mother, most likely because i am a guy. But i do have an idea of how difficult it can be to raise children. Can i ask if you also work? Well, just remember that it is also important to take care of our selves. Sunday is the Lord’s day and the Church expects us to use this day to rest and reflect on God.
It is also a good idea to identify what stresses you and if there is something that can be done about it. It can really feel like the world is against us when we are stressed but remember that our Lord Jesus Christ said that we should not worry for He is greater than the world. Our hopes are set in Heaven and our sufferings will not be in vain . If there are people who are judging you, remember that Jesus was also judged and that we are not alone in our sufferings. It is also good to remind ourselves of how much Jesus suffered for us, which any of our sufferings pale in comparison. Pray to God for strength and firmly believe that God is with you and that He will see you through. The Bible say that trials develop our Character so just remember that God does or lets things happen for a reason and that God is doing what is best for us even if we cannot see it. I know this has been the case in my life, especially during those times when it feels like the damage and pain is irreversable. Nothing is impossible for our God.
Lastly, remember what our Lord Jesus Christ said,
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
I’m very much in favour of the bible verse quoted in the above response. matthew 6:34. It helps me a great deal.
I’m a mom and I often feel as though everyone has something to say about how i am doing something whether it be just the way i live or the way i am raising my daughter. theres something. you’re not alone. especially with walking with Jesus.
For weary mothers who need …
Hail Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women, and
Blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners.
Now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
St. Monica, pray for us.
St. Anne, pray for us.
St. Gerard Majella, pray for us.
Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen
Prayer dedicated for energy and strength and persistence for all mothers
Our Father who art in Heaven
Hallowed be thy name
Thy Kingdom come
Thy Will be done
On Earth as it is in Heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our trespasses
As we forgive those who trespass against us
And lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil
AMEN

Petite, et dabitur vobis (“Ask and it shall be given to you”)
PATER NOSTER,
qui es in caelis,
sanctificetur nomen tuum.
Adveniat regnum tuum.
Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra.
Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie,
et dimitte nobis debita nostra
sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris.
Et ne nos inducas in tentationem,
sed libera nos a malo. Amen.
Lord Jesus, You have said,
“Learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart.”
With confidence in Your loving heart
which offers rest to weary souls,
we come to You in this time of special need.
In Your unfailing love,
read the prayer that is written on our hearts,
and grant the grace that we ask of You,
in accordance with Your holy will.
In Your name we pray.
Amen.
