Please pray for my marriage my husband has been abusive and I need the strength if it is God’s will to leave him. I feel so torn I love him but I know that I don’t need to be with someone that would do this to me. My heart aches and I need comfort.
 
Dear Amanda, I’m so sorry about what you’re going through. Your name actually means “love”, and I pray that you will receive the love you are entitled to as child of God.

It is courageous of you to try to be so strong. I thank God your self-esteem is not crushed.
God grant you strength to do as He wishes for you.
God knows whether or not this violence would escalate as life-threatening. May God inspire you.
