A Novena Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Sacred Heart of Jesus, we know that there is but one thing impossible to You: to be without pity for those who are in suffering or distress. Look down on us, we beg of You and grant us the grace which we humbly and earnestly implore, through the Immaculate Heart of Your most sorrowful Mother to whom You confided us as her children, and whose prayers are all powerful with You. Amen.
 
Praying The Lord grants you with Your baby at the right time

Sorry for the delay. I wanted to give you an update.

My nephew was born March 23, a very bittersweet event for my wife and I. Two days later, March 25th, we were in tears over the frustration of not having our own. During our tearful dinner, my cell phone rang and the woman on the other end was the mother of one of my wife’s students. She said she works for her husband, an OB/GYN who had a patient that day who said she wanted to give her baby up for adoption.

It was the mother’s first appointment, 8 mos. into her pregnancy, but came to have a healthy baby girl. We named her Mary in honor of Our Mother, for we received the phone call with the joyous news on March 25th, the Feast of the Annunciation.

She has brought such joy to our lives. Thank you all for the prayers. I hope this brightens your day.

The birth mother asked to receive pictures and video, but is not ready to see Mary yet. I don’t know if she ever will be. We pray for her every night.

What a wonderful couple you are so loving and giving and caring and have the ability to share your daughter and care for the birth mother.I respect you and will continue to praye God will guide you as you raise your special daughter Mary God bless you all always.

Lord please hear our continued prsyers for these wonderful giving parents to Mary who pray for the birth mother also.Please continue to guide them and grant them the strength and ability to deal with life’s complications.They are so loving and caring please bless this couple and Mary and guide the birth mother in her life that she will get the help and support she needs also.Thankyou Lord for hearing our prayers Amen
