Prayers for anwered prayers

This afternoon All my prayers were answered I got on my knees and thanked GOD,then I came to the prayer intentions forum and thanked everyone for all of their prayers they had said for my son,Now I sit and instead of praying for an answer,I’m thinking I need to pray a prayer of thanksgiving and I can’t think of one,I’m sure there are many but my mind comes up blank,Can someone give me a few,or send me to a site where I can see some Thank you
