Please pray for my mom’s friend, Dana, who is currently in the hospital on a ventilator. She was in a car accident two weeks ago and her recovery is not well. Please pray for her that the Lord may make her well and that she might have a speedy recovery. Thanks so much!

Praying that the Lord may mercifully strengthen and heal Dana.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen

Praying for Dana’s recovery.

Memorare

REMEMBER, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!

**Prayer for the sick **

Almighty and Eternal God,
You are the everlasting health of those who believe in You.
Hear us for Your sick servant Dana,
for whom we implore the aid of Your tender mercy,
that being restored to bodily health,
she may give thanks to You in Your Church.
Through Christ our Lord.
Amen

Prayer to St. Anthony for Healing

Dear Jesus, You who have seen the suffering of All humankind, and who suffered the indignities and pain of a cruel crucifixion, have mercy on me. Help Dana, for the greater glory of Your Father in Heaven, to recover from her distress. Give her doctors the wisdom to use the resources within their power to heal her, and comfort her family in their empathy for her.

Restore her to health, dear Lord, so that I may honor You in all I say and do. I ask this in Your name, my Lord and savior, and Your humble servant, St. Anthony of Padua, The Miracle Worker.

Ventilators are scary-looking pieces of equipment, aren’t they?

I just offered a prayer for Dana’s recovery, and comfort for her and those who love her.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

†

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen :signofcross:
