Positive attitude:
Stop reading, watching news. Forget about virus!
balance serotonin in brain with Cocoa drink, egg, fish oil or
consult w doctor.
Talk with friends, not discuss on virus issues.
Read good jokes and share with friends to laugh all day.
Listen Christian and clean music you love
Do indoor hobbies, grow micro vegetable garden.
Home exercise.
Attend daily mass live streams.
Read bible, watch life of saints on Netflix,
Follow Pope Francis on Twitter
Drive around 5-10 minutes a day and stay inside the car.
etc.

Thank you for your prayers and for the good ideas of practical steps to take. It is very helpful. I will share them with my daughter. I don’t know if you can reply here but if you know any good “lives of saints” movies to suggest that would be great. God bless you.

Heavenly Father,
You are intimately aware of the struggle @Lkl‘s daughter is experiencing - the pain and the despair.**

You know the desire of her heart to be healed of this depression, frustration and anxiety.

I ask now for Your healing touch. I know that You are able and that just like in Biblical times, You can release her from this depression.

In Jesus’ name I pray,
I thank you in advance for answering my prayers.

Dear Lord be her protector and defender in this time of trouble. Surround her with the Holy Angels,
