O most merciful Jesus,
Burning with love for souls,
I pray to you and plead to you, In union
With the agony of your Sacred Heart
And the pains of your Immaculate Mother,
To wash with your blood all the sinners
On earth who are in agony and who have
To Die this day. Dying Heart of Jesus,
Have mercy on those who are dying!
 
Glory be to The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit
As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be
World without end
Amen
