Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy kingdom come;
Thy will be done on earth
as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those
who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace;
The Lord is with Thee.
Blessed art Thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.

Lord, we know that no prayer fails to reach heavenly ears, yet we on earth often fail to hear the prayers of our brothers and sister, we ask you now to grant us the strength to pray for the prayers of our brothers.
amen.
 
Dear Lord Please help us to remember your pain, your suffering and your love when we are in pain rather it be Mental or Physical. And to grow in your grace to handle what has been given to us. Amen.
