Dear St. Monica,

Troubled wife and mother,
many sorrows pierced your heart during your lifetime.
Yet, you never despaired or lost faith.
With confidence, persistence, and profound faith,
you prayed daily for the conversion
of your beloved husband, Patricius,
and your beloved son, Augustine;
your prayers were answered.
Grant to us that same fortitude, patience,
and trust in the Lord.
Intercede for us, dear St. Monica,
that God may favorably hear our pleas
for all non practicing Catholics and those
discerning conversion to Catholicism.

Lord, I lift up especially my family members who
have strayed from becoming the best version of
themselves by not participating fully in your Holy
Church, and also for the family members of my
friends who desire the same for their loved ones.
Lord I also pray for my friends Dave and Dana.

Please grant me the grace to accept His Will in all things,
through Jesus Christ, our Lord,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, forever and ever.

Amen.
 
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help or sought your intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, My Mother; to you do I come, before you I stand,

Lord Jesus Christ, most merciful Saviour of the world, we humbly beseech You, by Your most Sacred Heart, that all the sheep who stray out of Your fold may one day be converted to You, the Shepherd and Bishop of their souls, who lives and reigns with God the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit, world without end.

Prayer for Family

O Jesus, our Lord and our brother! We recommend our family and all that is ours to Your protection; we confide all to Your love. Fill our house with blessings, even as You filled the holy house of Nazareth with Your presence; before all else, keep sin far from it. Do You alone reign by Your law, by Your most holy love, and by the exercise of every Christian virtue. Let all of us obey You, love You, and study how to copy in our own lives Your example, that of Mary Your Mother, and that of Your blameless guardian, St. Joseph. Keep all evils and misfortunes far from us and our house, but grant that we may be ever in harmony with Your divine will, even in the sorrows which You send to us.
