Hello all,

I have recently been let go from a very good job which was a risk as I jumped industries and it didn’t work out. I have suffered many job losses for circumstances beyond my control in the past with gaps in employment. I struggle with what I want to do, and what I need to do. I have my first child due any day now and have not much hope or direction where I feel confident to go. I have prayed endlessly prior to losing my job uncerimoniously. It must somehow be his plan. I however need to provide for my loved ones and find fulfillment and confidence in work/career.

Please pray I may urgently be granted this most special grace of right employment for me as an individual after years of suffering and financial loss.

Please also pray for those who feel they can’t bear another day because they are misplaced in their work or career, that they may find the perfect grace of the right job.

Lord, please grant goodguy2342 and his family many graces for faith, hope, love, joy, and perseverance. Lead them with the help of holy angels to activate love in their lives, a love that is all the more powerful in the face of difficulty. Help them bear their crosses, just as you had Simon help you bear your cross on the way to Calvary. Send angels to help with this matter. Grant goodguy2342 suitable work that he might provide for his growing family. See that this family is taken care of even more than is promised of the birds of the air (Matt. 6). Lead them all ever toward the eternal garden. Have mercy, Lord. Our Lady, angels, and saints, pray with us. Amen.

I’m sorry to hear about your job loss. I will pray for your intentions and that you may be granted soon suitable employment.

Also joining in prayer for all those suffering currently in work situations that are not working for them that they also may find a job more suitable to their talents.

Saint Joseph, foster-father and protector of Jesus Christ, spouse of the blessed Virgin Mary the Mother of God, powerful protector of the Holy Church, to you do I raise my heart and hands to implore your powerful intercession. You searched nothing else in this world but the glory of God and the good of others. You gave yourself completely to the Savior, it was cause for joy to pray, to work, to sacrifice yourself, to suffer, to die for him. You were unknown in this world even though Jesus knew you very well, he would look at your simple and hidden life with complacency. Saint Joseph, you have helped so many people so far I come to you with great trust. In the light of God you can see what misses me, you know my worries, my difficulties, my sorrow. I commend to your fatherly sollicitude This task of finding the right career for myself and my family. I am placing it in your hands that saved child-Jesus. Ask for the grace to never separate me from Jesus by the mortal sin, to know him ant love him even more and his blessed Mother, to always live in the presence of God, to do anything for his glory and the good of other souls, and one day to reach the beatific vision of God to praise him eternally with you. Prayer to St. Joseph for the Unemployed

O Saint Joseph, we pray to you for those who are out of work, for those who want to earn their living or support their families.

You who are the patron of workers; grant that unemployment may vanish from our ranks; that all those who are ready to work may put their strength and abilities in serving their fellowmen and earn a just salary.

You are the patron of families; do not let those who have children to support and raise lack the necessary means. Have pity on our brothers and sisters held down in unemployment and poverty because of sickness or social disorders. Help our political leaders and captains of industry find new and just solutions. May each and every one have the joy of contributing, according to his abilities, to the common prosperity by an honorable livelihood. Grant that we may all share together in the abundant goods God has given us and that we may help underprivileged countries. Amen.

Hi all,

Thank - you for your continued prayer. Please pray that an urgent solution will be obtained. My first child is now born, and my career has really stalled and in desperate need of the right employment without having the luxory to find it.

Hi all,

I have been blessed to receive some interviews, but I ask for prayers to obtain a job which is truely right for me in my hearts desire. Mostly, that I will be content, confident in the job and with peers.
