Prayers for Father taking new role in the Church

We have been extremely blessed to have a Father come to us straight from the seminary three years ago. This man has a wonderful spirit, and his love for God is amazing, and his love for his brothers Christ-like. He gives amazing homilies, like they were written by God, for us, through him, and every one of his homilies seems to be calling out exactly what ails me that week. Well, he is being called to provide guidance and leadership to men discerning the priesthood. This of course, he will do wonderfully. He is perfect for the job. I will miss him so, as he has personally provided me guidance over the three years he has been at our parish, and I wish I could have known him better, but I want to ask everyone to pray that God grants him the right words and the wisdom to speak to our fellow brothers that as they discern, they will find the right answer, and that he will each and every day wake up to do God’s will.

Lord, please bless this man of God and continue to bless during his journey to spread the good news of Christ. In your name, Jesus amen!
