I try to go every two weeks I think two years is too long I think a week is too long. To be honest with you with confession I actually prefer to go face to face even though in the Latin Church this is not always the norm. Apologies if I sound harsh but there is no reason you should go two years without going to confession. I’m sure the priest has heard it all. There’s nothing you can say to him that he hasn’t heard unless he was ordained yesterday.
