Prayers for friend and me

Me and a girl that I once dated, are getting fairly close again, but we both have many struggles. She more than I; there are many painful emotional scars for her from her past, some of it relating to sexuality, and others to do with family and relationship issues.

I’m sure my prayers and those of others have helped, for I see a difference now, but continuing prayers for both of us would be greatly appreciated.

That she be healed emotionally and physically, that I continue to renew my Faith in Christ, that we both reject and flee temptations when it arises, and if it be in His Will, that he brings us together again.

My Lord and Savior, please help this brother and show him Your will. If it is to be that this woman and he are to be together in Your Kingdom, then let him feel your touch. Please guide him to a Holy and righteous union with the woman that suits him the best. Please protect him from the sins of the flesh and show him how to have a sinless relationship with the woman he loves. I ask this in Jesus’ name.

Dear God, I ask you to pour out your healing power here and to guide and strengthen these dear people.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
