I thought that since you all have been so great praying for Glen, that I should let you know his condition.

He is still in very critical condition. They have induced him into a coma state. He is on dialysis. The cat scan showed some damage to his brain and his eyes don’t dialate, I am not sure what that means.

His wife Cheryl is trying very hard to have faith that he will be healed.

I really appreciate all your prayers for Glen.

Lord please hear our prayers for Glen and if it is Your will heal him.Grant his wife comfort as she worries greatly for him.Amen

Dear Lord,
Please keep Glen safe during the surgery and may you be the surgeon’s hands during the surgery. Give his wife Cheryl the courage and strength she needs to give care and love to her husband. May you send down your Mother Mary to be the operating room as well and be with Cheryl while she waits. I ask St. Anne to be with her as well.

Thank you, Lord and we give you praise and Glory to your Holy Name!

May Our Lord Jesus Christ bless Glen with His most tender love, and give his wife, Cheryl, the graces to be strong and trust that God’s will for them is the best thing that can happen…
 
I want to thank everyone for their prayers for Glen. He passed away at 6:00 P.M. today. Please pray for his soul and for his wife and children.

I think his wife Cheryl is in shock right now and I am praying she will be able to be strong during this time.

I misunderstood for some reason and thought the surgery was for today but I just noticed the date you first posted. I am so sorry though and will pray for his soul and for Cheryl and their children. WE will remember them all in our family Rosary tonight.

May the Soul of Glen rest in peace and perpetual Light Shine upon him. Amen.

Thank you so much for your prayers. Yes he had the surgery two weeks ago on this coming Monday. His wife has always depended on him and is not the strongest person emotionally, so I do worry about her. They are devoted Christians, but not Catholic and only wish they could understand how many graces Glen will receive with the prayers for his soul.

Well, you are a good person, Bernadette for praying for Glen’s soul and putting his prayer intention on this forum for now we can all pray for his soul even those his wife will not. I understand for I have two sisters who are good Christian but don’t understand the graces a sould receives when you pray for the soul that has died. They just say everyone has gone to heaven if they were saved. I will continue to pray that Cheryl will stay emotionally strong.

We remembered them in our Rosary tonight and in my hispanic culture, we pray for the dead for 9 days, that is the Rosary. So that is what I will do. My husband is not hispanic, but he won’t mind.
