Prayers For Grandma's Doctor's Appointment

I recently made a post here just last week about a family issue. My grandma’s brother is insisting she go to the doctor’s Wednesday afternoon, even though my mom and I have taken her and her doctor said there was nothing more he could do for her. I’m asking for prayers that her doctor’s appointment goes good and no matter what the doctor tells us her brother will no be upset or continue to blame us for her Alzheimer’s disease. I’m a nervous wreck over this and I just want everything to go along smoothly.
 
That is very sad and of course it’s not the familys fault.
Dear Lord, please help the great-uncle to reconcile with ths painful diagnosis and to understand the family members are already suffering grief, and so spare them from unjustified blame.

Prayer for the Apprehensive Patient

Christ said to His loved ones: I am with you, fear not, be not anxious. May I, then, be confident that in the trials and crosses of my life that You, O Lord, will be my constant companion. Whenever I cannot stand, You will carry me lovingly in Your arms. May I have no fear of what may happen tomorrow. For the same Eternal Father Who cares for me today will take care of me tomorrow and everyday of my life. You, O Lord, will either shield me from suffering or give me strength to bear it patiently. May I be at peace, then and put aside all useless thoughts, anxieties, and worries.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (LittleLamb626’s Grandmother). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into LittleLamb626’s Grandmother’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
