Please pray for me; I feel like I’m struggling to keep going right now. Even though I’ve been blessed to have many talents and opportunities in my life, it just feels at times as though I will never discover my vocation in life; and in the meantime I’m struggling to be happy where I am at, because it seems like I am not working towards anything or for anyone else.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with Thee.
Blessed art Thou among women,
and Blessed is the Fruit
of Thy Womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

**Been there… I will pray for you.
When life gets me down I pray the Rosary for the people on this forum and
it seem to help because I have done something for someone else.
Be at Peace.

O Great Saint Joseph,
you were completely obedient
to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Obtain for Gilsgirl the grace to know
the state of life that God
in His providence has chosen for her.
Since her happiness on earth,
and perhaps even her final happiness in heaven,
depends on this choice,
let Gilsgirl not be deceived in making it.

Obtain for Gilsgirl the light to know God’s Will,
to carry it out faithfully,
and to choose the vocation
which will lead her to a happy eternity.
Amen

Praying that this could may lift and that clarity of purpose my find you, Love Barbara

Jesus our primary vocation in life is to love God above all and others as ourselves; and Your teach us in Matthew 25 verses 31-46 that what You will judge our souls upon is whether we have lived lives of practical kindness.
In whatever we do, help us to live accordingly.

The following poem “But” was written by a Divine Word Missionary, inspiring us to love of others, even in the smallest gestures of human kindness.

It was only a sunny smile,
And little it cost in the giving;
But it scattered the night
Like morning light,
And made the day worth living.
Through life’s dark warp a woof it wove
In shining colours of hope and love;
And the angels smiled as they watched above,
Yet little it cost in the giving.

It was only a kindly word, a word that was lightly spoken;
But not in vain,
For it stilled the pain
Of a heart that was nearly broken
It strengthened a faith beset with fears,
And groping blindly through mists of tears,
For light to brighten the coming years,
Although it was lightly spoken.

It was only a helping hand
And it seemed of little availing;
But its clasp was warm,
And it saved from harm
A brother whose strength was failing.
Its touch was tender as angels’ wings
But it rolled the stone from the hidden springs
And pointed the way to higher things,
Though it seemed of little availing.
