Please pray for me and my family. I am currently struggling with depression and anxiety. I can’t imagine a worse suffering than the dark thoughts and feelings I have had the last few months. My biggest fear is losing my faith and allowing my desire to just enjoy life and be like everyone else win out. A lot of “what if” thoughts. My entire family is going through serious struggles in life from divorce to illness. Every member of my immediate family is struggling. We are all in different places when it comes to our faith. We all need your prayers.

Dear friend, most certainly I’ll pray for you.
Our God, You know well that our friend’s feelings and doubts are very understandable considering all that the family is going through. You know that lot of us can identify with any one of those situations, and also have been, and got through stuff like that, please let this loved child of Yours feel Your love, and feel supported by our understanding and prayers.

I’ll remember you and your family in daily Masses and prayers. My heart goes out to you.

I will pray for you and your family. It sounds like you are all struggling with crosses in your life. It is in those times that you need to really stay close to Jesus for strength and courage. I was told once by a priest when I was depressed that if all I said or prayed is “Jesus, help me” that was good enough. Sometimes depression and anxieties get the best of us. I will pray to Our Lady to help you and pray for you. St. Dymphia, please pray for this family and all their needs.

Read Matthew 11:29 on what Jesus said, *“Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” * Yesterday in Mass in the homily I learned that the word, “rest” means “one with God.” Rest in Jesus, rest in Jesus!

I’m so sorry that you are struggling with these feelings of anxiety and worry. I will pray now for the Holy Spirit to descend upon you and your family. May he bring you comfort, peace, and strength.
